The Expo Begins In:

1. E-mail Consent: I agree to allow Overland Expo and it's parent company, Lodestone Events, to send me email newsletters, marketing & event information. You can unsubscribe at anytime.
2. Check your email immediately for payment confirmation and your ticket—you must show your ticket (print or digital) for entry to Overland Expo.
3. Registered attendees must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by an attendee that is at least 18 years of age.
4. By registering for Overland Expo, all participants are agreeing to the release of liability waiver electronically below.
5. Review our refund policy before purchasing, no exceptions.
6. Vehicle and trailer size restrictions do apply. See our FAQ for full details on vehicle / trailer size restrictions.
7. Media use: Drones are not allowed, and participant agrees that all content of all classes / programs is copyright to the presenter and may not be used for generating revenue / building viewers online or in any other format without the owner’s explicit permission in writing (short clips of 5 minutes or less or photographs are allowed).
8. Media Release: At Overland Expo, photography, audio, and video recordings may occur, either by media for professional purposes, by Overland Expo staff / contractors for promotional purposes, or by attendees for recreational sharing on social media. Your entry to Overland Expo constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media in perpetuity, of your appearance and voice for any purpose in connection with your presence at Overland Expo.
