Exhibitor Camping will be available on-site in LOT G (highlighted below). This area is asphalt only and approximately a 5 minute walk to the Exhibitor Gate. Space is limited and may not be available on-site. Purchase your Exhibitor Camping below.

A special electrical adapter is required: 

As of January 2026, the OC Fair & Event Center requires all campers to bring their own one hundred feet (100’) of 6/4 SOOW type extension cord with 50 Amp Cali Twist (Hubble CS6364C) for each RV you need to hook up according to your connector.  If you do not have the proper equipment, we suggest a Park World 886399 Shore Power 50A to RV & EV Power Adapter Cord Hubble CS6369 to 14-50R 1.5ft. There is a 30 Amp cord adapter 3 prong Twist Lock male to female outlet receptacle and a 50 Amp cord adapter 4 prong twist lock male to female outlet receptacle that the camper must provide, depending on what their RV needs are. The OC Fair & Event Center standard 50 Amp 125/250 Volt single phase connection utilizes ANSI C73-111/NEMA SS2-50 Twist Lock cord cap. The OC Fair & Event Center will not supply any cords or adapters, please arrive on site prepared

Exhibitor Camping Rules and Regulations

In-Booth Exhibitor Camping - Let us know you plan to camping in your outdoor booth space HERE

Outside Exhibitor space only, no camping in the buildings

Must camp within exhibitor booth footprint.

Primitive camping, no hook ups

Camping is only allowed upon approved exhibitor check in – Monday until 11am

No open flames, propane only, must have an on/off switch

Vehicles are NOT allowed to move once placed in booth space. No exceptions allowed.

Overland Centric vehicles only.

No RVs, Toy Haulers etc...

Must receive an Exhibitor In-Booth Camping hang tag for vehicle or trailer, if camping in exhibit vehicle. Please request at check-in.

Must have Exhibitor Camping ID on EXHIBITOR BADGE. Or you may be asked to leave after hours.

We highly recommend that if you are camping, please plan to stay within the show all weekend long.

Quiet Hours: 10pm – 7am

REMINDER – you will not be able to drive any form of vehicle to or from the exhibitor space
